POSITION: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Must have excellent knowledge of computers and all Microsoft Office Suite software applications, extensive knowledge and use of Lotus Notes and Adobe Acrobat.
3. Minimum 4 years of administrative aide experience.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal, telephone, and communication skills, both oral and written.
5. An understanding, respect, and acceptance of the philosophy of The Salvation Army.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare required paperwork to be sent to the Clark County administrative offices.
• Responsible for official written correspondence for the Store Operations Manager. Compose letters, memos, and e-mails on routine matters of business. Typing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, electronic filing, and hard copy filing all administrative correspondence as required.
• Answer and route calls to the Store Operations Manager, take/deliver messages as needed; answer or direct inquiries to the proper individual/department.
• Assist with customer complaints.
• Assist Store Operations Manager with record keeping, report generating and data entry for Store operations.
• Support the mission of the Salvation Army
• Any other duties as requested by Director of Special Services or County Coordinator.
