APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT – HENDERSON, NV

Willmark Communities, a National Developer and Property Management Company, has an opening for a FULL TIME Leasing Consultant at our communities in Henderson, Nevada. No previous experience required. We will train.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

Meet, greet, tour and close prospective residents; process and execute applications, leases, and notices; resident retention functions; marketing functions; data entry and management; collecting rent; receive and manage resident requests; filing and other duties as directed by the property supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must enjoy talking and working with people

* Must be able to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment

* Must be detail oriented

* High School diploma, GED or equivalent is required

* Experience in apartment leasing is highly desired

COMPENSATION:

Very competitive base pay (DOE) + industry leading commission program + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision & 401K)
