POSITION SUMMARY

The Application Consultant (AC) leads Exploration and Design phases for the implementation of a TRIRIGA’s product suite to clients. The AC works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and application requirements. The consultant is responsible for developing Process Diagrams, Use Cases, GAP Analysis and Functional Design Documents. Responsible for working with Application Developers and other team members. Interacts with customers to ensure documentation of accurate and comprehensive data and reporting requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed. The AC assists the management team in project development, management, and timely completion of project milestones. Ensures timely issue escalation and resolution. Also conducts quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• In depth knowledge of enterprise business applications required.

• Ideal candidates will have experience with UML or other process documentation methodologies.

• Candidates must have highly-developed analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have strong attention to detail.

• Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project initiatives.

• Must manage change, independently anticipate problems, and manage risks associated with the project.

• Independently prioritize while multi-tasking all aspects of the project and ensure project objectives are met.

• Must have strong understanding of all phases of software development life cycle.

• Ideal candidate possesses 5-8 years consulting work on large implementations including design, documentation and implementation of solutions.

• Experience with enterprise wide ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with quality assurance practices desired.

• Experience with project management in mission critical application environment desired.

• Also requires experience with Internet strategies and technology.

• Working knowledge of the Facility Management or Real Estate industry desired.

EDUCATION

Requires a minimum of a BS degree in a technology or related field.
