Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team at

Polo Club Apartments

Job Duties

As part of the MAXX maintenance team, you will be responsible for various hands-on maintenance duties to enhance the valuable and appearance of the community. Duties will include:

• Diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure and appliances

• Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner

• Perform on-call emergency service as required

• Prepare and assist in preparing all vacant apartments to a market-ready condition

• Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

• Represent MAXX Properties in a professional manner at all times

Job Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on general maintenance experience

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment

• EPA, CPO, HVAC and CFC certifications are a plus

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish language skills are a plus
