Rack Room Shoes is looking for a Manager in Training. This position will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store with an ongoing commitment to the development of all associates. Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals as written by the Store Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous retail management experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and a motivation to succeed in retail management.
