First of all, I am looking for someone that lives in Las Vegas to do this project incase I need to meet with you.

I am looking to make a game for kids. Simple, stuff I hope. I want a multiple choice game using pictures. Example picture of a horse comes up choices would be a) horse b) dog c) cat d) mouse. points for correct answer, take away points if missed. Here is the twist, when and answer is correct I want a small bubble window to pop up with video. so I can put video of a horse running and some text on it’s history. I want to be able to make new games, like maybe president’s pics in one. States in another and so on. Is this tough to do? I own the CS5 master collection and and I am a video and after affects guy, but have never learned flash or coding so that’s why I need help. Also, please let me know what you would charge for something like this and how long it will take.
