Elite lounge and restaurant group seeks an experienced individual to oversee the operation and performance of existing lounge and restaurant concepts in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities to include:
In charge of day-to-day operations and is also responsible for pre-opening and on-going training and operations.
Maintain profitable business while improving operating expense.
Oversee the company’s managers and the hiring and training of new management.
Monitor the amount and quality of the support staff.
Work with the marketing team to create marketing plans for each location.
Create systems to control theft and reduce waste.
Coordinating with office manager to insure all duties and bills are completed.
Insure that all locations are maintained within parameters of the budget.
Communicate with owner about business.
Managers and employees are encouraged and empowered to provide input and ideas, to have a stake in the venue, and to find solutions to problems without going up the chain of command.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management
MUST have 5 years operational experience in the Service Industry, ideally in the position of General Manager.
Experience in fast growing restaurant lounge business a plus.
