We are looking for qualified Application Developers for our Development and Professional Services Departments.

POSITION SUMMARY - DEVELOPMENT

The Application/Report Developer is responsible for construction of TRIRIGA applications and the reports supporting these applications to meet Product Marketing requirements. Working under the direction of an Application Architect, the Application/Report Developer uses design and requirements documentation to build Applications, Queries and Reports within the TRIRIGA Application Platform.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience defining, and building business reports with Crystal version 11 or similar report development experience with demonstrated ability to quickly become one of our expert Crystal developers.

• Understanding of object-oriented data models and ADO XML.

• Understanding of relational databases.

• Experience with creating and working from system design documents to construct/configure applications and reports.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and set priorities.

• Must be a team player, pay strong attention to detail, and timely follow through.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must have 1 to 5 years experience customizing and configuring Crystal or similar reports.

• Industry-experience with Facilities Management and/or Project Management a plus.

EDUCATION

Requires a minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science or related field.

POSITION SUMMARY - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

This position provides professional consulting services to our clients that focus on the technical implementation of TRIRIGA’s Enterprise Suite of Solutions. The Sr. Application Developer works closely with our clients, both business and technical, as well as TRIRIGA’s Project Manager and Business Analyst in determining how best to configure our Enterprise Software using TRIRIGA’s Application Platform to meet clients’ needs and ensure the successful user adoption of the resulting solution.

As the Technical Leader on the project, the Sr. Application Developer is responsible for the technical design and development of TRIRIGA’s software customizations, as well as the mentorship of other technical staff on the project. The Sr. Application Developer manages the day-to-day activities of Application Builders, and ensures quality while meeting the project’s budget and schedule. This position may be assigned to work on multiple projects.

In addition to leading projects, Sr. Application Developers are asked to assist the management team in enhancing our standards development, best practices, and continuous improvement processes.      

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in leading large scale enterprise level software implementations

• Possess excellent technical, verbal, and written communications skills

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring developers

• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive project initiatives

• Must be detail oriented

• Strong understating of all phases of software development life cycle

• At least 3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or an equivalent consultant role

• 8 or more years experience in programming languages and concepts including; Java, C#, C++, VB, .NET, PHP, JSP, and/or SQL

• Knowledge with SOAP, XML, and internet technologies

• Knowledge of middleware, such as Jboss, Websphere, and Weblogic

• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server

• Strong object-oriented design and relational database skills desired

• Working knowledge of Integrated Workplace Management Systems preferred

• 8 years experience in an application development role. 4 years of experience in a Technical Lead position.

EDUCATION

BS Degree in Technology or related field. MS Degree Preferred.
