Technical Support Representative (Henderson)
Tier I and II Technical SupportOverall Responsibility:

To assist and resolve customers & distributors issues

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Identifies, troubleshoots & resolves software related issues encountered by end users.
<br>
• Responding to and fixing issues in a timely fashion
<br>
• Ensuring security compliance (notifying the proper channels for inappropriate content within our properties and on the net)
<br>
• Occasionally working with customers & distributors in person
<br>
• Advice and guidance to customers and distributors as well as their teams
<br>
• Following procedures for escalating support tickets
<br>
• Maintaining system information and documentation
<br>
• Adhering to and developing standards
<br>

Experience Requirement:

• Experience in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in Multi-Tiered Support
<br>
• Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems.
<br>
• MySQL, Navicat experience a plus but not required.
<br>
• Experience in creating and working with excel spreadsheets
<br>
• Basic understanding of Internet Marketing and Search Engines.
<br>
• Experience in working with Online CRM Ticketing Systems (RightNow CRM experience a Plus+)
<br>
• History of working in a multi-customer or service environment. (Mulit-Level Marketing/Network Marketing experience a Plus+)
<br>

Education and Experience
